ELECTROPHEROGRAMS - Pacific White Shrimp (2)

There are 2 repeats of the nucleotides GA followed by one repeat of AA, 28 repeats of nucleotides GA, another repeat of AA and lastly 7 more repeats of GA.  Having  repeats with two nucleotides per repeat is called a "Dinucleotide" microsatellite.  The pre and post-flanking sequences are random sequences of nucleotides that show no apparent pattern of repeats to be considered a "microsatellite" or "marker".
